“God Wants to Heal All of Me . . . A Powerful Visual”

In our book, “The Missing Commandment: Love Yourself . . . How Loving Yourself the Way God Does Can Bring Healing and Freedom to Your Life,” we explain the importance of allowing God to reveal the wounds of our past, and then to invite Him to reclaim and heal every part of us.  We emphasize that we need to accept and embrace all of us–including the child within–in order for healing to occur.

When we meet with clients, we often share a powerful illustration that brings this point home.  We have placed this on a short video here for you to view.  As you watch this video, ask yourself if there are any younger parts of you that have been “tossed aside” and deemed unimportant.  Ask God how He feels about those parts.

  1. Wow! What an amazingly relative visual. Thanks so much for sharing. Many are not audio learners but visual. This will resonate with many of Dad’s wounded warriors.
